Malicious Web Site?

UPDATE - I got rid of it by basically denying all permissions to Samsung Internet and can still use Samsung Internet but shut down alot of stuff. Everything else works fine. 

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO OFFERED TO HELP.

Does anyone know the website address that begins with khmmfcceknnci  and whether or not it is malicious? No matter what I do it reloads on WEBSITE DATA under SITES AND DOWNLOADS in Samsung Internet settings.

Has anyone noticed there is no http protocol listed for it like there is for the Google site below it. 

I've tried everything I know and all suggestions but this is really getting me upset. I even un-installed Instagram.

Same I don't have it listed I would suggest going to settings and apps and delete the app cache and data for Samsung Internet and then try deleting it sorry for the delayed response kind of driving

It didn't work. Won't allow edit. 2 choices , leave it or delete it and it comes right back.

Thats good to hear about the business.  I would try deleting the app cache and data see if that removes it
