My Galaxy S24 Ultra has to be re synced to my Bluetooth devices every few days?

Galaxy s24 ultra i have to re sync my Bluetooth devices every 2 to 3 days. My devices just disappeared like i never set them up. My watch, car, and Bluetooth speaker foe example. Any thoughts?

I would make sure everything is updated. It happened to me before and that fixed it.
