Purchased a s24 from Amazon Renewed. Phone is awesome shape. Restored from another Samaung Phone and went to check for a software update. No update however my phone says it's on a May 2024 patch. I contacted support and they say an update will come to the phone. So I waited for a little while to check still nothing so I reset the phone and set it up as new same thing no update may patch. I contacted Samsung again to verify it's a genuine s24. They say it is. I even tried changing to a tmobile sim (I'm on tracfone/Verizon) thinking that would fix it. Still the same thing. Any suggestions???
