Not receiving code to email address

Ge it.. The email is a Google Account email. I haven't paid attention much to Samsung since I set it up. I've tried to add a Samsung account and the email address never shows up when they send the new code. Maybe that's the question. The code is sent. Where is the email. . I can't locate it. I'm aging so don't laugh.

As for the Samsung account goto the site and sign in with browser and check what email is listed also can see that on phone at top has your name for email used

It's showing my recovery email for Google.

That should be 2fa you should have that also for the Google account but if it has Google as primary than it's not 2fa in Samsung account I would change the Samsung email used and set up 2fa

I apologize. Explain please. As for what email is listed it is another Google email. I messed up when I was trying to keep up with the issues going on with Google and Chrome. I have too many emails now. Then there was one Samsung email that disappeared.

I shall try to do list may work as intended or get confusing your Samsung account change that email i.e sign into Samsung account online and in account info change the email and also the password i.e add a number or 2 in it than set up recovery email perhaps the Google or another and 2fa as fir the Google account do same minus change the email address obviously
