November security patch out for those that don't know

This auto blocker better be a toggle like it's always been. 

What has happened that prompted Samsung to include defaulting auto blocker to maximum security and absolutely zero USB activity aside from charging by default??

I think you're misreading what it says for autoblocker. Emphasis on the word "when".
