Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

I have it set to be delivered to my house. I had that thought about canceling and just going to a store but that would negate my discount for double storage I got for the pre- order 😞

I am having no issues with anything on my Vanilla S24.  Loving it.

Anyone get a pickup notification for Samsung.com orders that your picking up at Best Buy? Mine is supposed to be ready today. I keep looking at my phone for the notification.

Update: My orders screen hasn't updated yet. I called BestBuy and they say it's ready. It will be a few hours before I can go get it. Hopefully I can.

Good idea. I called BestBuy and was told my order was ready as well. Still no status change on samsung.com though.

Were you able to pick it up? They refused to give me mine.

Nope. Tried to ring it out and said they weren't allowed to smh. Have to wait until tomorrow.

That was a bust. Even though Samsung.com says pickup today. BestBuy will not give me my phone.

Got the notification just after midnight that my phone was ready to pick up. Going to try to break away from work and grab it when they open.
