Galaxy S24Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.
This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!
Usually, we try to include the following information:
- Date ordered:
- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):
- Unlocked or Carrier variant:
- Model, storage capacity, Color:
- Did you trade-In:
- Estimated delivery date:
Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Galaxy S24Straight from Samsung Customer support "If you were to place a new order from our website, The estimated date of delivery maybe adjusted due to the high volume of deliveries."
I pointed out that their site doesn't say "estimated delivery" it says "Get it by" and those are two very different things.

Galaxy S24Ordered 1/23, S24 Ultra 512GB in TItanium Black - unlocked model ordered direct from Samsung USA
Delivery date was initially quoted as 3/6, was later updated to 2/21
I received it today, 2/6
Trading in a Pixel 7 Pro once I evaluate the S24U to make sure it meets my needs. So far the only negative is the cellular reception on 5G - the phone wants to hold on to a weak 5G signal instead of a stronger 4G LTE one, and there's no way in the settings to override that.

Screen was scratched when i peeled back the screen sticker!

Yes. S22 Utra
- Estimated delivery date:
1-31-24 but delayed until 2-2-24
UPS delivered 1 package that had a case and screen protector inside. There was also the trade in shipping label for me to send back my S22 Ultra.
The problem is that the S24 Ultra and a power block that were supposedly shipped under the same tracking # weren't in the box.
Samsung and UPS both see the new phone as delivered,although it hasn't been.
Any suggestions on how to get this resolved?

Additional info:
Only after emailing the CEOs office, did I finally get an order update. I made multiple attempts at calling the e-commerce team and chat support. It's ridiculous I had to jump so many hurdles to finally get my device shipped. This is the last time I'll be ordering from Samsung.
