Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

PreOrder question. Regarding the touted AI functionality and usage of tts. I use text-to-speech all the time and find the quality is hit or miss with my s23ultra. Does the s24ultra acknowledge tts and apply AI for better functionality?

Honestly it's so disappointing: First, the display looks worse than my S21 ultra, and maybe this is due to a software bug but still, how can it ship like this?? ( Lots of online chatter on this but in short, the "Vivid"  Display setting does not work, it looks identical to Natural). Also using palm for selfie doesn't work at all, so another bug.

Then there is the color. I order blue, it looked almost silver in the online photos. Instead it's more powder/baby blue and though color is not that big a deal since I use a case, it does rule out clear cases, unlike my silver S21Ultra which looks great.

For $933 after $550 trade in, it's just not worth it... I will send it back and wait for summer sales (without tradeins) when hopefully the bugs will all be fixed.

I have the S24 ultra. I'm very disappointed about the camera being a total wash out. My hold reason for upgrading from my s22 ultra was for the camera. Sigh..hopefully an update will soon be rolling out.

Muted colors on s24 can't be Samsungs plan to look so mediocre, surely they will fix this.

Well, the s22u takes pretty good pictures, so that's an odd reason to upgrade tbh. For me, it was improved battery life.

The phone has not officially released yet, that is on the 31st. There is supposed to be an update by then or not long after. Camera and screen issues are said to be fixed when it does release.
