Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

The latest update after trying to get answers, Samsung.com is saying the whole delay was due to a lack of inventory at the Samsung Experience Store and that I should be able to pick up my pre-order on February 24th. Not sure how a pre-order that should have been sent to the store for availability on the date it was promised is the fault of the store not being sent any inventory. So nearly a month after I was told I would have my phone, I might actually get it.

I feel you. I was a bit confused bout what the rep said at the Store when I went to ask bout my pick up on Jan 31st and he made it seem like they sold the phones before fulfilling the orders. I just let it slide. Because on the app my order said in process. Thank goodness my girlfriend got an email stating that her phone will be here the 24th of Feb. (Green 1tera) 

while mine in a separate email said in a couple weeks no date. (Orange 1 Tera)

I ordered my Orange ultra 24 on 1/29 and the mobile supposed to be get it by 2/21, but they shipped it earlier actually on 2/7 under 2nd day delivery, my package arrived at the city on 2/9 but not at my location yet, tracking shows to be on the way but tracking shows "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE". so I called UPS and they told me that package may be missed already, and they suggest me to call samsung since they are the SENDER. So I called samsung and they suggest me to wait until 2/21 since that was the oringnal date that I supposed to get the mobile by, so why waiting until 2/21 if they already know that the product may be missed!. So for now I already paid for the product and I have to wait more! that is no fair.

A little update. Got two emails saying my 1tera orange is delayed one  email said delayed 2 weeks and just yesterday got another saying delayed another  month. I ordered on the 22nd of January literally a month ago. So sad now.

As of today I still have not received my order. I have called since 2/1 and all I get is hang up passed around, Supervisor say they will call back and as of today not one has called back. No one can tell what the issue is. Payment collected but still no phone.
