Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Still have not gotten word on when mine will be available for pickup either. The store told me they were waiting on their shipment of the 1TB phones and that since I ordered it online they couldn't give me any updates and corporate would have to. I talked to Samsung chat a few times and one said they would give me an update within 48 hours (it's been 60 ish hours so far with no update). The second time I talked to chat I was told they couldn't track store pickups as those are store orders and the the store had to track them and give updates.

I tried calling the store multiple times Wednesday and they never answered, got it to go to voice mail once but it was full. Drove to the store and they had several associates standing around doing nothing. I was told they were expecting a shipment on Thursday and Friday and hopefully the 1TB phones were in those shipments.

Tried calling yesterday, several times, no answer. Tried calling several times today, no answer. I'm about to drive to the store and see if I can't get some sort of actual update.

I finally got to someone at the Galaxy Experience store and was told some models are not ready to distribute. I wish the website would say this. It would stop the guessing and questions. BTW the website has no mention of delays.

The first time I talked to SES they told me the same thing basically that the 1TB versions were delayed but I've seen people posting they had gotten theirs. I talked to SES a couple of days later and they physically had the grey and yellow 1TB phones but had not gotten any other colors in yet.

I've been going round and round with Samsung about how shady it is to have a "Get it by" date when placing your order but then changing it after you place your order. I also questioned them about how their site says I can place an order right now for a phone I pre-ordered 3 weeks ago and was supposed to receive on the 31st and the site gives me a "get it by" date of Feb 14th. They responded that the date would change after the order was placed.

UPDATE: Checked my order today, and the date for est delivery has been pushed further out to the 21st.

It's something with the 1 TB models. I guess they didn't make enough of those. I'm in the same boat.

For laughs I checked Samsung.com and Bestbuy.com and I can order the exact same phone today and it says they will be available for pickup on February 7th yet they have know idea when my pre-order will make it to the store.

I've checked Bestbuy as well since release day and was able to see an earlier pickup date at the store or get it next day if I have it shipped.

I contacted support to see if I could just switch my order to pick up at bestbuy, but no they cant do that. They have to cancel it all and redo the order and then you lose everything like the storage upgrade, and discounts. You have to pay more.

They do these preorders like this and delay you so after that release date you're stuck or lose the promised upgrades or discounts. Now they have your sales on the books. This looks better for quarterly earnings reports. Not to mention if the company wants to borrow money from a lender they can show these sales and borrow against them.

After getting nowhere with online support or with the Samsung store, having them both saying they can't track anything and the other has to track it, I noticed on Samsung.com, that there is an option to send an email to CEOs office. Not sure if it will make any difference or not but not having any other options to try and report the issues with lack of communication and how this might be one of the worst pre-orders I've ever done, I figured it can't hurt.

yeah I did something similar myself. I spent a few hours last night on the phone with support and with a supervisor. When I confronted them with everything I have gone through as well as evidence and just simple logic they didn't know what to tell me. Knowledge is power lol. I had the supervisor eventually telling me he would like to know the answer to the questions i was asking as well, but he was able to get no where with the people he contacted as well. In the end I wound up getting no new useful information. So anyway much like you I sent off an email today, but I sent it to the president of the company and tried to give a rundown of what I have gone though. Who knows if I will get a response, but I'm no worse off for having tried.
