Galaxy S24Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.
This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!
Usually, we try to include the following information:
- Date ordered:
- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):
- Unlocked or Carrier variant:
- Model, storage capacity, Color:
- Did you trade-In:
- Estimated delivery date:
Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Galaxy S24- Date ordered: Jan 22
- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.): AT&T (my carrier for the longest time)
- Unlocked or Carrier variant: Carrier
- Model, storage capacity, Color: S24 Ultra 512GB Titanium Violet
- Did you trade-In: Yes, plan to trade in my trusty S10e
- Estimated delivery date: Monday, February 5
When I first pre-ordered, it said the shipping date would be Jan. 30.
When that date came, I got an email that night saying that the ship date had to be changed, and the new one would be 1/31 to 2/1.
Wed, 1/31 still no change in the status of my order, but then Thu, 2/1, I got an email saying that my phone shipped! š That was weird though, because when I went to the UPS tracking # AT&T provided it only said a label was created, but no movement on the shipment. š¤
Fri, 2/2, I got an email from UPS, not AT&T, saying that the new delivery time would be Mon, 2/5.
Then today, Sat, 2/3, UPS teased me by changing my shipping status to "Out for Delivery"! š® It even showed in their shipping history that it had gotten to my city early this morning. So, I had no reason to doubt. I got my Spigen Case and Whitestone Dome glass screen protector all ready to slap on that bad boy.
But, alas a few hours ago out of the blue UPS changed the status to "On the Way" and said the pkg was in processing at the UPS facility. š So, now I guess I'm back to waiting till Monday. We shall see.

Galaxy S24I pre-ordered S24 Ultra for me and my husband, the order value is >2.4k$. Delivery date was 1/31, but it is not even processed yet. Samsung has the most unhelpful Customer service just offering me to wait no idea how many more days. I feel making a mistake choosing this brand. I also work in Supply Chain, and I would be fired for so bad delivery service. If Samsung has same delivery issue every year without any improvement, I think same happens with the product itself.
