Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

My preorder is herrreeeeee. Haven't opened it and won't until my case and screen protector get here and are on. My accessories came with the phone as well!

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE CROCK OF BALLS, ORDERED WITH ETA 30th of JAN, WHEN THE DATE ROLLED AROUND, CHANGED TO 7th FEB. 3 DAYS LATER CHANGED TO 14th FEB, NOW 27th FEB. UNBELIEVABLE. SUPPORT IS USELESS.

Update from my original post: 

It was set to arrive on Jan 31st from the pre-order date. Then it changed to February 14th.  Then on 2/2 it changed to arrive on 2/21 which made me pretty bummed out. 

I checked again last night and saw that the status had changed from "pre-order" to "In-progress". Checked this morning around 10:00am and found that it finally had shipped! It is now set to deliver on 2/7! I think a lot of your orders will come much sooner than the ETA on the Samsung shop status page.

Addtl info: Called Spectrum 3x. No delivery date shown. Passed Fraud Review (No email sent) but also not on backorder. "Should ship soon"

Still waiting. No further details from Spectrum. None at all. Other than it's been escalated to leadership because it should've been shipped already. No response from leadership. Thinking this was a mistake now. Looking to get corporate involved.

Why is it possible for a new purchase of a S24 Ultra and receive by 02/09/2024 ahead of all of us who order ours in January? Not fair Samsung not at all.
