How come my S24 Ultra did not received the new update?

You all I'm not worried about the stupid beta software it's the other software that needs to be kept up to date they promise what 3 or 5 years of updates and haven't got not 1 for this phone 👏that's what I'm talking bout and for the beta 💩 they can stick it so there i said it !

This isn't about the pixel, it is about perfecting the One UI 7. If Samsung were to release it in not a pristine condition, the backlash would be devastating for the company.

Yea I'm really disappointed in the delay of the update & Samsung as well. Why is it that everyone has their updates & Samsung is always last to the party & this happens all the time, there's no excuse for it. So I've been thinking about moving on as well. Been with Samsung for years & it's always the same thing with them. May be time to move on..
