Have you tried clearing your cash cookies? Making sure you're not in the beta program if you are in the beta program, that's a whole different animal

If you're in the Beta program, you need to load Smart Switch on your p. C and downgrade your phone to the newest update. That sounds weird downgrading, but that's what they call it.I had to go through the whole thing.....

If one was in the beta program, they did not need to downgrade. The device automatically changes of the final working beta to a final version. The beta program is over, there is no beta forum anymore for the UI 7.0 for the S24 and the Z Fold6/Z Flip6 devices.
