They are no beta at the moment it will most likely come out in August, and you will see a banner on the top of the Members app if your carrier participates in it.

I was just gonna ask the same thing. If your phone is in Developer mode, does that give it first dibs on the beta sign up?

Developer mode allows you to tweak some options which aren't normally available.

Found out if you change those settings under your developer mode phone, your screens move really fast turn it down to .5
