I just moved over from iPhone 15 pro to galaxy s24 ultra, everything is great but one of the biggest issues I'm facing is with printing.
See with iPhone, you can print to any printer over wifi natively without a problem. With my android, I've tried an HP and a Brother printer. For both I had to download apps from the manufacturer to make printing work or gor even the printer to show up in the available list of devices.
Even then I've had so many issues or spooling service keeps running but nothing happens or the app like HP or brother app keeps loading and get stuck and end saying printer not found.
All while the iPhone can still print.
Is this a samsung issue or can it be fixed by samsung or we would need to wait for google to come up with something ?
Am I the only one facing this issue or doing something wrong here, please help.
Do you have all the print services turned on? I belive you only need to have the default on, but since tou doenloaded mfrs print engines, it doesn't hurt. Go to settings/connections/more connection settings/printing snd make sure that all the print service engines are on, especially the default print engine
Whenever I want to print, I have to download it as a pdf first then print from there. It's a pain. I'm not tech savvy so I don't know about a solution but no you are not alone when it comes to having issues printing.
Why so many issues upgrading fro s21 to s24!? Not happy... can't get my printer to work from my phone plus the pain Stephnic64 mentioned about having to make into a pdf
