Galaxy S24Hi! I've always turned off my phone at night, I'm not a heavy user, so it'll be at 30% or 40%.
I usually charge my phone in the morning while I do my morning routine before leaving the house and try to manually stop charging before at 90% or so.
In my mind and with no data to support this, I like to think that this gives my phone a break and it'll live longer. Am I doing the right thing? Should I just keep it on at night on airplane mode / do not disturb?
I've read that some devices work harder when being turned back on.
What do you guys think?

Galaxy S24Thanks a lot for your comment. It does make sense. I just thought that if I turned it off at night, which is roughly 1/3 of the time, then in 3 years, it would have been up and running for only 2 years and "resting' for 1 year.
I'll do as you say. Thanks again! š
