RCS Malfunctioning - T Mobile Services

Has anyone else been having issues with RCS?

'User is not online'

'RCS Unavailable'

Troubleshooting I have done ✓ Reset Data Network - Reset Mobile Device - Currently using a 3rd party program that forces 4G LTE (5G is not optimized well) - clear cache from Google messaging services.

I understand RCS is fully not optimized well, but I need to make sure my messages are always being delivered. I have tried switching over the defaults Samsung messaging but I heard soon that will be outdated. So Google messaging service will be the only option for Android users. If anyone else has other troubleshooting advice, please let me know thanks. Team Android

I would try Power Off phone once off press and hold Volume Up and Power Button at the same time until the screen comes on this will bring up Recovery Mode scroll down (using volume up and down buttons) to Clear Cache Partition press Power Button to select then scroll down to Yes and press Power Button to select then it will bring up the Main Menu again select first option to Turn on the Phone and boot it up

Also out of curiosity what are you using to force 4G

I only get Google RSC up and running with certain accounts, not all carriers are allowing RSC.

You can turn off RCS or just turn on the slider to resend as SMS.

It's the recipients device, most likely. I have contacts that enable/disable RCS for whatever reason, and it's very annoying.

Even if it is the recipient's device, turning on resend as SMS will ensure they get the message.
