My samsung s20 fe got the black screen failure so i am unable to access it. I've replaced it with a samsung s24+ which is great but I have 3 smart tags I have done the reset but when trying to add to the s24 I am getting a message it is register to another user has already added this tag and the other person needs to remove it from their smart things which i can not access. I really need help with this
@TracyP1965 There shouldn't have been any need to reset the SmartTags if you are using the same Samsung account on the S24+. Did you change Samsung accounts?
I have to reset my Samsung account to reset tags or just go return phone thru handset exchange. Indont want the same software lookout night out it's a swap meet on variable and games duele
