My back up codes for my cloud has went missing the same day as my wife left r they any way to replace them or retrieve the again any info would be helpful i have a S24 ultra
Why does one need codes for backup, and why set a code you are likely to forget? Change the password to your Samsung account, so no one can access your backup, and contact Samsung. Perhaps after proving who you are, the can either remove the lock from your backup or delete it.
