Return stolen during shipping. Samsung won't help

Bought a Galaxy S24 which I ended up returning with the bonus accessories and watch. Samsung claims I never sent the phone and sends me a video showing their employee opening the box which clearly shows a different tape than the one I used and the phone was not in there. I reached out to their executive team which literally told me I'm SOL. I am so disgusted by this and feel powerless. Can anyone help?

Do you have the receipt from the shipping company you used?

Can you still see tracking for it?
The weight of the box on the receipt will prove the box wasn't empty!

I do. It says 7.3 lbs which is high but still. I did mention it and they didn't care. 1714600612926.jpg

They are blaming me. I did a search on YouTube for stolen Samsung return. The package shown in it (in the Samsung video proof) had a brown tape on the bottom. It's the same one used on my package. Thing is I Dont have a brown tape. People stealing phones are using it.
