I have a 16 bay mobile charging locker in my office to charge staff and visitors phones, there is a C-type and apple charging cable in each compartment.
Any Samsung S22, S23 or S24 is not charging while other phones from different brands using C-type are working fine. The charging cables are supposed to be fast charging even the plug is 65W according to the manufacturer.
Is there some king of software update in Samsung that I should be aware of? which is possibly causing this issue? I had this mobile charging locker since June 2023 and started to face this issue in March 2024. Pls let me know what could be the issue.
