My 24 keeps getting hot randomly around once per week. I have tried factory reseting the pho e but still having issues. Temp will continue to increase rapidly until the phone is noticeably hot.
Boot the phone into safe mode, which will prevent any third-party apps and processes from running, and see if this changes your phone's behavior. If so, you apparently have something installed causing your problem, which you need to uninstall.
