S24 Ultra not reading Sim card

Is anyone else's s24 ultra no reading the Sim card from time to time?

While I have not personally dealt with sim issues, at work I have seen sim cards not work right (like your description), fail or not work at all.

Replacing the sim worked every time. Granted, the sim may or may not be the issue, but it is the easiest and fastest thing to test.

Mine didn't come with sim card only an esim but came with options of 2nd sim, depends on the carrier apparently for samsung galaxy S24 Ultra mine is esim, apparently worth 2nd son incase, another carrier needs a Sim if needed or international is needed apparently

I have my own Sim I been using

My Sim card is saying it's temporary out of service

Have you tried cleaning the Sim card with rubbing alcohol? I had a similar issue one time and after I did that it fix the problem

I just removed it an put it back an it worked hopefully it doesn't happen again....if it does I'll try that

Yeah they can get messed up with the oil on your hands, happened to my friend's phone Sim as well, so it could be that if it happens again
