S24 phone seems sluggish after transferring my data via Smart Switch

I just got this new s24 and when i set the phone up it felt really smooth before transfering my data using smart switch. Now it feels sluggish and sort of unresponsive at times any clue on what it could be?

I have a smart Bluetooth camera but I have a problem to pair the device. My Samsung s22 plus is always dificult to pair the devices.

Did Smartswitch also transfer apps from your old phone to your S24? That could be the difference, potentially adding background processes, slowing responsiveness.

yes all the apps already are installed and theres a sort of jitter
