(S24) "Photo and Video" app keeps crashing, unable to link pictures in Chrome or Gmail

This may be a new issue

When trying to insert Photos in Gmail or Chrome or other apps, I am told that "Photo and Video app" keeps crashing

The problem is that the app cannot be found in the phone, it does not appear to be the camera app, or either Google Pictures nor Samsung Gallery

I tried to link a picture to this issue but again, got the error message

I am also having this issue; it's across all my apps. I even booted into bootloader, cleared system cache, and I still cannot upload any multimedia into any apps whatsoever. 

When the "Photos & Videos" app force closed, I was able to open 'App Info' but I am unable to force a cache data clear from there either.

Facing same issue. Would anyone from samsung at least acknowledge the issue and give tentative timeline to fix the problem?

Disable the app in all system apps it can be found disable it then that malware app will stop saying that.
