Galaxy S24
Has anyone else noticed that their battery life on their S24 ultra has gone to pot after the last two 6.1.1 updates? The 2nd one in Dec 2024 started it & this last update in Jan 2025 has trashed my phone's battery life! I haven't made any changes or changed my usage in the last 2 months other than the updates. Also it seems the super fast charging has gone away. **bleep** Samsung!

Clear the "cache partition " doing this can help resolve any performance or battery issues caused by old or corrupted system cache data.
Follow the steps below,
Clear the cache partition
- turn phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.
Also, go to the device care app and set performance profile to light.

Thank you. I already have the performance level on light. I wipe the cache partition after every update to my phone. Any other suggestions?
