Slow charging problem on Flip 3

Has anyone ever had a slow charging due to the phone being cold error? It started about a month ago, phone is inside so the temperature isn't an issue. The weird thing is the error only happens when the phone is open. When I have it closed, it always says fast charging on the front screen.

1. Make sure the phone and the apps are fully updated.

2. Test the phone with a different charger.

3. Test the phone in Safe Mode to determine if there is a 3rd-party app causing the slow charging. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If you are still experiencing the slow charging only when the phone is opened, we recommend having the phone evaluated by a certified technician.
