I'd like to see only the text what's the other person taking, is that possible? 

English is my second language but sometimes I don't understand what is the other person saying because they can talk to fast or I miss some words. So, I'd like to see it in text.

Thanks but, It doesn't.
When trying to change the language options, it's impossible to keep both in the same language (English), but I don't think this is the way. All I need is the assistant to show me what the other person is saying, but written.

You need to use "live transcribe" not "live translate". Though, live transcribe won't show what you say.
