I noticed while in a car trying to disconnect from the car and android auto that my phone kept turning bluetooth back on and connecting to the car, and even did it after I told it to forget the device. On top of that, I don't remember connecting to the (rental) car in the first place. I am now nowhere near a car and am not connected or trying to connect to anything and I still can't turn it off. It turns off when I tap it and after a second it turns itself back on. I checked the bt control history and the only thing to come up was Android Auto, which I disabled, and it still won't turn off.
