SIM Issues

I ordered my S24 Ultra right when they launched, when they still had a deal to double your memory. Recently, my phone will just disconnect from the SIM and I can't use the phone to text or call. 

I can't tell if this is a me problem, or if anyone else is having the same problem. 

I've tried restarting, but it doesn't fix it. 

Any feedback would be great!

Try getting another sim card

Honestly you aren't alone when I first got my s24 ultra my sim wasn't even working for the phone even though people said I had the correct one took a while to get my phone service on the phone but they had to put an ESIM on it so I would suggest you to try the esim or getting a new one
