Samsung Messages is trying to force me to switch to Google Messages

 Why is Samsung messaging trying to send me to Google Messages?

 The first thing I don't like about Google Messages is that it doesn't have trash like Samsung and if it does, where is it, could someone help?

I absolutely will not use Google messages. What, so they can safe my messages on their servers to give to which ever rich **bleep** pays them enough? No thank you! I switched from google search as well, **bleep**ty ai results among other issues. Also, if I can't make message categories or keep everything local and delete when I want... Then I want no part of your garbage message app. I'd rather use carrier pigeons than google messages, f that

Samsung has always been my go-to mobile phone.  For the life of me, I do not understand how Samsung could do this to their forever customers.  I refuse to use google anything.  I always asked people how they can use Iphone instead of Samsung.  I dislike the Iphone too but now I may be forced to get one because I will not give in to Google messaging. How sad!!!!!!

I used Google to try it out, HATED IT!! not able to pre-build groups.  Have to click each contact to add to message.  that takes too much time.  Samsung lets me build my group and then when I want to send a group text I can click on the group and there the group is.  If I want to add someone new or remove someone from the mass text I can, or select all and done.  Google also took away my Samsung messages icon from my phone screen.  HOME, ALL, nowhere to be found.  Can't download a new one since Google says it is already installed.  Which it is, I just need the icon back.

I have used Verizon message plus for years and I really like it. When I found out that they were phasing it out i tried Google message and did not like it. So I switched to Samsung message and although I don't like it as much as message plus it is a good runner up. Now it's trying to get me to swap to Google message! I do not want to use Google! What other message apps are available that are worth trying?

The best messaging app is Telegram, there's no way for any other to compare but, unfortunately not many use it, the other one is whatsapp, but messaging as such, I don't know

Today the story broke about elon and his phone calls to putin. Now you couldn't pay me enough to use a phone from musk. It's like he's a totally different person from 2019 when I bought my tesla. It makes me sick!

Google messages sucks compared to Samsung messages and IDC what anyone says. I also disagree that Google makes better alternatives. Every single Google app I've tried has less features than alternative apps. And honestly feel like a 5 year old made them. If I keep telling you I don't want to switch then stop asking me and either force me or shut up about it 😒
