Has Samsung cloud been removed from s24 ultra? How do I restore my backed up apps and data

The S24's still have access to the cloud atleast on the unlocked, and once you sign in with your Google account you should see your apps and be able to restore them

It's not showing as an option on my phone.. I factory reset the phone

Apparently Verizon has blocked it in the past. Not sure if they still are.

I had a Verizon esim on the phone but I backed up the phone and factory reset it.. now I want to restore everything I backed up but can't find Samsung cloud on the device... is there another way to do it?

I recently did a factory reset on my s23 and the Samsung cloud wasn't there after the reset. It was there before.

Just looked, no Samsung cloud anywhere in settings on the s23. The s24 has the option tho.

If you go into Manage accounts, can you Add account and put information in for your Samsung login? Maybe that will get the Cloud put back for you. If you haven't already tried that (can't tell from previous posts)
