Samsung gallery app crashing

Samsung gallery app won't open and keeps crashing. I have cleared cache and data. It did nothing. Just started.

This is happening to me as well. I cleared my cache. Restarted the phone. Didn't work. Allowed all permissions, tried a force stop. Turned the phone and off. The gallery app is still crashing. Made a query in the contact us section in the Gallery App Settings. Hopefully an answer comes soon.

Hi there, which device are you using?

It's possible that you need to clear the Cache data in the app settings because that can cause issues with loading the app at times.

Having the same issue with 1 out of 2 of my S24 ultras. Mine is fine, but my daughter's keeps crashing.
