Samsung's trade-in facility corrupt !empty box

Just trade it in my s23 ultra for the new s24 ultra. Got an email saying I sent them an empty box & my trade-in was not eligible. My phone was in mint condition and was packaged very well. This is the second time I've had issues with their trade-in process buyers beware. They're traded facility is corrupt and steals phones. years ago I traded in athother phone and they said I sent them a different phone than I actually sent. This is very disheartening almost makes me never want to buy a Samsung product again. So dissatisfying I am so upset they want me to be responsible for $800 trade-in that they lost or stoled. 
You guys need a better policy on trade-ins or a physical location people from dropped their phones or some way to digital way of inspecting to verify . When you have a untrustworthy system very scary... it's all over the internet of people having issues similar to mine. Samsung please address these issues. 
Hopefully you guys can resolve My issue and others.

They're trying to make me pay $800 because they lost or someone stold my trade-in

what if anything can you do to NOT have to pay... šŸ˜®
because if the employees are stealing the trade-ins and marking them as empty box.....they should have NO problem showing you proof of them opening YOUR trade-in box & it being empty.
if not how are you the customer just to take their word that their employees are NOT stealing
remember a company will FIRST try to cover up employee (thefts) if it will cost them money when/if it hit the fan I wouldn't let this situation slide try to get legal aid
because if it happened to you just IMAGINE how many other people went through the exact same thing and samsung just charged them 800 plus dollars
so you take a lost of your trade in phone more then likely brand new condition AND 800 PLUS DOLLARS cash united states currency SMH

Minimum wage is still 7.25 so 800 plus dollars LOST phone LOST

I would suggest contacting support and ask for the video of them opening the box since all of the trade ins are recorded being opened and its also recommended to record placing the phone in the box when you ship it in so you have proof that you sent the device

Traded in my Galaxy S22 Ultra in November just in time for those deals and got the S24 Ultra for $265. I had no issues sending mines in šŸ˜Ž

I've traded in numerous phones & watches with no issues. But I have had two issues pretty severe. And if you check the internet there's hundreds of people with similar situations.
Very risky ... Best advice I got so far is to video yourself putting phone inbox at the FedEx shipping facility.
