Security patch doesn't exist in any channel logs

Just received a new update but it doesn't exist in any channel logs including the provided link. Anyone know where I can read up on it?

So... I have an Unlocked device on AT&T, and have received this update.  The patch notes on my device go to an actual document, and when I typed in the URL from the OP's Screenshot, IT also goes to a page showing the update, not sure what you mean.

This is NOT a second security update, as it states "Stability and reliability".  It also states at the end "Security patch level: November 1,2024" which I have had since Nov. 5th.  This is an actual update.
