Galaxy S24Your phone has spam blocking tools. Go to your phone app and open settings. Turn on Caller ID and Spam protection and choose whether you want to block all spam and scam calls or only block high-risk scam calls. Keep in mind that blocking all, may cause you to miss wanted calls. Then click on block numbers and choose (if you want) block calls from unknown numbers. This will block calls with no caller ID or calls not in your contact list. If calls you don't want do get through the spam filter, you can report and block, and the number will be added to the spam list and will be blocked for the future. Note that these calls will be rejected by the phone and not ring through, however, they will be directed to voicemail and you may get some spam voicemail messages and they will show up in your call log. If your carrier has spam blocking tools through their app or website, it pretty much acts the same way, however, being blocked from the carrier side, they won't reach your phone in the first place.
