Enable VPN (US, for GoodLock)
Clear cache & data of Galaxy Store
Go back to Galaxy Store again and search for GoodLock

Galaxy S24If it is still showing up, I believe it you actually open it and then I believe it gives the option not to continue with it you can close it out and force stop it. It should be gone then.
If this doesn't work, let me know I'll try to help you out as best I can.
Oh, and double check that your autofill options are set to something other than wallet in the default apps area. Same with mobile payments.
