I have a pair of USB-C headphones that I have work with my previous galaxy models(S21/S22+), but my S24 ultra drops loses connection to the headphones. If I connect them while audio is playing (i.e. youtube video), the audio is able to play fine until I switch off the app. When the headphones are plugged in initially (on home screen), I am able to see their icon when I use the volume rocker, but after 5-10 seconds the headphones disconnect and audio starts playing through the phone speakers. I tried disabling USB audio routing, but that did not work.
I am unable to use my wired c type earphone continuously while switching apps. It needs to be plugged out and plugged in each & every time for the audio to hear through the earphones. There is no firmware update either.
