If you delete the block list, the numbers are no longer blocked-that's why you have to delete the numbers individually.
If you are talking about just deleting the scam likely and rejected calls from your call log, go to the recents list, sort by "rejected calls", long press any item and it will bring up the edit/delete screen. You can select "all" at the top of the list and delete them. You can go through the list & uncheck any that you want to keep.
