I just received a $0.15 charge to my brand new bank card that I haven't ever used anywhere through Samsung and I don't even have it on this phone as actively saved yet what is going on
Did you put it in Samsung Wallet? Is it a real charge or a pending charge? Sometimes a "tester" charge is added to see if the card is active and valid. If it's pending, it will go away in a few days. If it's a completed charge, notify the bank that it's unauthorized. Your bank should have been your first call in any case.
You had to have used or saved the card info somewhere. Legitimate Samsung transaction isn't going to randomize or target you.
It's possible it might be a test transaction with Samsung billing that is for something you owe. Test or hold transactions happen to me frequently, especially at the gas station for fuel purchases.
