Thank you so much for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. We understand that recording a video using your Instagram app causes a black screen flicker. If this only happens while using the Instagram app try the following steps.
Please, try to clear the app cache. Open settings Tap on Apps Tap on Instagram Tap on Storage Tap on clear cache
Attempt to uninstall and reinstall the Instagram app.
If this does not work please contact the Instagram app developers to resolve this issue.
