I recorded a reel with my the front camera, the video looked dull grainy like all other pics,but when I forwarded the video to a friend the entire quality changed it looked lighter in color, the kiw light picture is really bad , I am regretting buying this phone.
Is there any way to return it back, been 1 month few days.
When you say that you forwarded a video, did you send via texting and if so, was it sent via RCS or MMS? The old MMS format causes a drastic reduction in quality at the receiving end. If possible, you should always use the newer RCS option if it's available.
Totally unacceptable Samsung. This is a $2k phone now rendered useless with photos and horrendous video. Just not good enough.why should we have to get it to a service centre when its straight out of thr box 😡😡😡😡
