Visual Voicemail won't set up

Randomly a few months ago, my visual voicemail had a glitch and after clearing the app and resetting my voiemail, now I can't set it back up. I continue to be hit with an error that about service and that it can't be done currently and to contact support. Support has reset my voicemail so many times and nothing.. I even factory reset the device and still have the issue. Am lost... anyone else deal with this?

Please try clearing the cache and data from the voicemail app. This will result in resetting it back to the factory settings. After you have completed the process, please check the permissions for the application and make sure you enable everything. Also, make sure you allow the application to modify your settings, then open the application, and it should automatically configure your voicemail 1731551439243.jpg1731551439260.jpg1731551439275.jpg
