Warranty replacement

Does anyone know about how to get a replacement phone for a warranty issue. I was informed I would have to buy another phone while mine is being repaired. I have the highest level of warranty coverage for 3 years

Contact customer care. They will have you either send in the phone or go to the nearest service center
