This is an expensive phone and the colors are so washed out and dingy. I have tried everything to fix this and I am just getting more aggravated. Supposedly Samsung was aware of this a while ago and they have done nothing to fix this. Along with a few more issues, I am going with another company. There will always be problems no matter where I go, but come on Samsung. My phone looks terrible and I can't stand that ugly washed out gray all over my phone. What am I paying this ridiculous cost for, let alone the accessories I need?

Have you gone to settings, display, make sure eye comfort shield and adaptive color tone are turned off, screen mode, vivid, there are 3 levels of vividness.1716914841069.jpg1716914841075.jpg1716914841085.jpg

I rock natural. The screenshots were solely to show how to do it.

Not a big fan of all that vividness.

Hello Robin621k. Thank you so much for your help. I didn't know how to change the white balance. After following your instructions, I looked at my phone and to my amazement the colors are gorgeous and bright. WOW. I was so close to the fix and gave up. Could you possibly help me with this issue also? This is in my settings and I can't seem to remove the ugly gray color to make it black. It's like this everywhere in settings. If you can give me a solution for this, it would be great. If not, thank you for helping me with my colors! Pat yourself on your back.1716920471010_1716920471000_0.jpg

Sorry, I removed the text from the settings menu ie: apps, connections, display, about phone, etc. Everything under the text is that gray color that you see. It's dull and I have seen other phones that have a black background. Hopefully this makes sense.

Samsung in dark mode has gone softer, instead of black because it is easier on you eyes instead black. That is the way it is, even light mode is a softer white.

That I can't help you with.

If you found that I helped you with the vividness, please next to the solution press the 3 dots and make as solved.
