So I believe AI that it smarter than us has only recently arrived. I usually do not jump on the bandwagon of trends and fancies too fast, and tend to see critically of features, if they are really making a difference in my life.
With the recent AI innovation of Samsung, call it it's first set of AI features, I am rather happy. I admit I haven't been able to try them all in real life, but the ones I do are indeed making my life easier.
My current favorite is the Summary feature built inside Samsung Internet. Thank God I can now skip all the clutter and get the cream. It does help me browse articles and pages more than I could otherwise have (you don't even have to click anything on the cookies confirmation pop-up š)
Samsung Internet is now my default browser and it rests on my home screen. Even the pages opened via Google Home App, I navigate to Samsung Internet. through the menu option. But strangely this option is absent when you open a page directly via Google Chrome.
I yet have to try out Live Translate properly. It wasn't readily or intuitively available when I tried to use it recently. When I get the time I will try again. Seems to be a handy thing if you are living in a foreign country.
As Samsung says they only use their servers to process, and not store the data, I allow the processing to happen outside of my device. I might consider turning on On-Device processing if I'm having sensitive or private content, but that is not the case now. It's good they kept the setting uncomplicated.
