Have just purchased an S24 phone but it won't let me access the WhatsApp backup restore I made from my old S10 stored on google Drive. Have tried several times and it tells me I only have 1 more go before it is deleted. I am using the correct google password which I changed to make sure.
@MHS151 If you set an encryption password for your WhatsApp backup it is separate from your Samsung account password. You could have set them to the same value but I'm guessing you didn't.
