Will the Galaxy themes package let me revert back if I don't like it?

Hi. I've been wanting to change up my S24 Ultra but I am scared to try a themes package. I am afraid if I try it and don't like it, I won't be able to change it back to how I have set up now. Will the themes package let me revert back? If so, how would I do that? Do I have to do a backup? Thanks ❤️

No, and yes.

In my experience, if I'm remembering correctly, if I've personalized my phone then apply a theme, I don't think that when I have removed the theme that it went back to the way it was, but that it fell back to it's default theme settings before I added my personalized changes. However, I do have my personalized customizations in 'Home' mode in the 'Modes and Routines' and another mode, called Relax, that I've applied a theme to and the phone easily swaps between these as I change modes.

I use these theme changes as a visual cue as the mode that the phone is in.

Yes, add a Mode in Modes and Routines. I currently have nine: Home, Sleep, Relax, Rest, Driving, Out-N-About, Theater, Dining, and Exercise. Each one has a different theme and each turn some functions on and/or off. For some examples, when my Bluetooth connects to my car it changes theme and turns off my Wi-Fi so that I don't burn my battery up looking for wi-fi signals as I drive about. When I return home, the wi-fi turns back on and I connect to my home network and my phone unlocks. Relax changes the theme and turns on DND allowing me to relax and use my phone uninterrupted. Sleep changes the screen to monochrome and turns on DND. Theater turns on automatically when I arrive at my local movie house, changing the theme and putting the phone on vibrate.
