Of course tthey are, swipe them away and your screen will be visible. You can remove the option to show full text on the lock screen and then you will see icons, not message bubbles, and nothing will be blocked.

If u talkin about making the notification bubble transparent, long hold the lockscreen and it should show the transparent bar at the bottom

Yoy don't. That's the whole point of a lock screen.

It is to do it before but I got into the beta program . Is it going to be that way on the stable version?

If you want your lock screen wallpaper to show, remove the notifications from appearing on the lock screen.

I don't get what you're saying . I want to be able to change the transparency that's all like before .

I was very clear. There is nothing else I can say to rlaborate. The notifications are not transparent. The best you can do is not have them show on the lock screen. I don't know ehat you had going on brfore, but obviously it's not happening now. If you had transparency before, it must have been a setting you turned on and now have turned off or no linger exists. I know of now setting to adjust lock screen or notification transparency.
